DG3 Local Accessory Designer Showcase at DIFFA Dining By Design Detroit

On Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, DG3 presented a Local Accessory Designers Showcase as part of DIFFA Dining By Design. We were honored to partner with this phenomenal event, put on by the Michigan Aids Coalition (MAC). And we are always thrilled to show off Michigan's fashion design talent!

On the Town: DIFFA Cocktails by Design

DIFFA Dining by Design is a one-of-a-kind, three-day event that showcases Michigan’s local design talent. People in a variety of creative communities are paired with table sponsors to create three-dimensional dining installations…and they are seriously fabulous. DG3 had a sneak peak of the event space while going on a walk through for our Local Designer Accessories Runway Show, which we are presenting at the DIFFA Dining by Design Gala on Saturday, Sept. 20, and we were blow away.

We attended Thursday evening’s DIFFA Cocktails by Design, which is the jam-packed social occasion of the year. The tables were gorgeous and so incredibly different and artistic, the food and drinks were divine, and of course the fashion was right on point.

From body-hugging cocktail dresses to fun separates and ladylike silhouettes, there was really something for everyone. Noticeably, a lot of women doneed midi skirts and dresses, which is incredibly demure but still really sexy. And the men! Many of the gents in attendance wore dashing suits, and a few of them really stepped it up with great pattern combinations, bow ties and even bags. So chic.
