This weekend is full of fun and fashionable things to do, so if you're itching to hit the town, these events will keep you busy.

Spring Into Corktown | Saturday, May 20
From 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Corktown will have tons of family-friendly, fun activities that will keep everyone busy. You can see the new statues in the neighborhood, listen to the Detroit Party Marching Band, attend free yoga classes, ride free, historical shuttle tours and so much more! RALLY in the ALLEY | Saturday, May 20
Celebrate the Rust Belt Market's 6 year anniversary with shopping, food and a full bar provided by Revel Bar. Food trucks include Delectabowl, Nosh Pit, Buffy's Mexi-Casian, Detroit BBQ and Pita Post. Western Market and Spun Sugar Detroit will also be there. If you're a huge foodie, this is definitely the event for you.

The Rust Belt Market is located at 22801 Woodward Ave., in Ferndale.

Grand Opening - HopCat - Royal Oak | Saturday, May 20
The grand opening of HopCat in Royal Oak is finally here! Enjoy 100 of the best craft beers, plus free Crack Fries all day. The first 200 guests will receive a card good for free Crack Fries every week for a year. The celebration starts at 11 a.m. and goes until 2 a.m.!

WhateverFest 7 | Saturday, May 20
From noon to 4 a.m. come out to the Tangent Gallery/Hastings Street Ballroom for the 7th annual WhateverFest! Experience live music and art, yummy food trucks, vendors and Detroit's best talent. You can purchase pre-sale wristbands for $6 at The Bottom Line Coffee House or Third Wave Music in Midtown, otherwise they will be $10 at the door. For a full line-up of artists, click here.

Flower Day 2017 | Sunday, May 21
Eastern Market's annual Flower Day will be taking place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. This has been an ongoing tradition since 1967 where growers offer a wide variety of flowers at a great value. This year's posters were created by Ouizi and will be for sale for $10 in Shed 5 on Saturdays.

Finders Keepers Vintage Market | Sunday, May 21
The Finders Keepers Vintage Market is back at the Chelsea County Fairgrounds for another awesome summer of vintage goods. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. you can find all sorts of upscale vintage, vintage-inspired and handmade goods. Admission is $5 and kids under 12 are free.

Chelsea County Fairgrounds are located at 20501 W. Old US Highway 12, in Chelsea.

Sugar House Sour Beer Club | Thursday, February 4 
The Sugar House is putting on a beer tasting for everyone to come out and enjoy. Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales, Leelanau Brewing, Evil Twin, and Brewery Omer Vander Ghinste are just a few of the many breweries that will be featured from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. All beers will be available in 4 oz. pours and by the bottle.

IDEA's Frozen Heart Masquerade Ball | Friday, February 5 
Ignite Detroit Entertainment Agency is having a masquerade ball at Tangent Gallery that you don’t want to miss. There will be three stages and one big dance floor to dance the night away. Dress it impress with your best ball gown or tux, and your chicest mask. Over 15 performances will be happening throughout the night, with the doors opening at 8 p.m. and the show starting at 9 p.m. Tickets are available at the door for $15, cash only.

Macaron Mini Pop-Up | Saturday, February 6
The Blu Kitchen is having a pop-up shop at the Detroit Marshmallow Co., and will have an assortment of macaron's to satisfy that sweet tooth. From 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., stop by and pick out some macarons that start at just $2.50 each. It's a great way to treat yourself with something you wouldn't normally eat.

Roak & Humble Design Michigan Craft Beer Month | The Entire Month of July

Stop into Roak anytime during the month of July and order its Mean Street Amber Ale to celebrate the new brewery, and support a great cause. A portion of the proceeds of that particular craft beer will go to Humble Design. Humble Design is a non-profit organization that assists families in need who are transitioning out of homeless and domestic abuse shelters by providing furnishings and design services to their new home. Roak will partner with a new non-profit each month, so stay tuned for what’s happening during the month of August and enjoy the Mean Street Amber in the meantime. Cheers, Humble Design!

Things Feel Heavy Art Show & Event| Friday, July 3
Come out and enjoy a night of the arts at Tangent Gallery! Choreographed dance, visual art, performance art, live music, and so much more will be featured from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at this one-of-a-kind art show. There will be numerous artists on hand to display their artwork in one visually pleasing night. Also, enjoy music from Mexican Knives & Bonny Doon featuring Fred Thomas.

Simulacrum by Paolo Pedini: Open House Mixer | Friday, July 3
Check out Paolo Pedini as his newest work of art is unveiled from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Heidelberg Project. This Michigan native and Detroit-based artist continues to create images based on his developing style of exploring painting and collage techniques using subject of mass production, cultural icons and things from nature. Enjoy refreshments and listen to music while you take in all of the works of art.
