This weekend is chock-full of fun and fashionable things to do, so if you’re itching to hit the town, these events will keep you busy!

National Splurge Day | Thursday, June 18

Treat yourself on National Splurge Day at Meghan Marion. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., all shoppers will receive 20% their entire purchase, so stop by and treat yourself to whatever your heart desires.

Hour Detroit’s “Best of Detroit” | Friday, June 19

Come out as Hour Detroit brings to life its June issue from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Motor City Casino Hotel. The winners of the Best of Detroit contest will be announced, while guests enjoy endless samplings of food, fashion, music, spirits and more. Jay Towers from Fox 2 and 100.3 WNIC will host the night, and Ben Sharkey will provide the entertainment. Tickets are $140 for VIP and $95 for general admission and can be purchased on Eventbrite. Attendees must be 21 and over to attend.

DXF Drink Detroit: River Days Bar Tour | Saturday, June 20

Once you’ve enjoyed your time at Detroit River days, join DXF for a bar tour around the area. The tour will start out at Andrews on the Corner, then go to Atwater Block Brewery and end at THEY SAY Restaurant. Detroit facts will be shared all evening, while attendees enjoy reduced drink prices and maybe even some free feed. Must be 21 or over to participate. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased on Eventbrite.

2015 GM River Days | Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 21

Enjoy a weekend of activities on the River Front, as the River Days celebrates its annual celebration of fun. Whether you enjoy land or water activities, there will be something for everyone. Jet-ski demos, live music, and activities for the kids, food tasting, and much more will be on the agenda for the weekend, and you won’t want to miss it. Admission is $3 before 3 p.m. and $5 after 3 p.m., and Friday is free to enter between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Detroit River Days will take place at 1801 Atwater St., in Detroit.

Exclusive Trunk Show | Friday, June 19 to Saturday, June 20

Launch Party: Grand Circus Magazine | Saturday, June 20

Grand Circus Magazine is chock-full of all of the culture Detroit has to offer, and it's having a launch party to celebrate just that from 8 to 11:30 p.m. at Jam Handy. Enjoy Tito’s Handmade cocktails, music by Brian Polsgrove and LURCH, visuals by OTHER Studio and a surprise gift, while you mix and mingle with the makers of the magazine and other members of the design community. Once the launch party is over, head over to Temple Bar Detroit to continue that night at the after party.
