Art for the Holidays + First Grabs | Friday, November 6
Detroit Artists Market has been a favorite place to shop for over 80 years. It has such a rich history in Detroit, we can hardly wait to watch them transform a fine art gallery into a fantastic gift market with over 140 artists located in the area. Find that perfect gift for your loved one in the abundance of paintings, jewelry, metal, photography, books, and ceramics, just to name a few. Vintage Christmas Ornament Sale | Saturday, November 7

The Shops at the Park Shelton is putting on a Vintage Christmas Ornament Sale on Saturday 12:00 to 6:00 p.m., featuring a treasure trove of over 1,000 vintage glass ornaments, lights and garland, come explore these festive products from the 1900s-1960s. Decorate your tree with handcrafted products from Germany, Poland, Italy, and the United States. Going to an ornament exchange party? Perfect! Decorating your tree and want a few more ornaments? 43rd Annual Depression Glass Show & Sale | Saturday, November 7 & Sunday, November 8
The Michigan Depression Glass Society Presents their 43rd Depression Glass Show and Sale, Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Whether you are a collector looking to add rare pieces to your collections, interested in glass pieces, or want something fun to do this weekend, this is the perfect event for you. View pieces from 25 dealers from across the country selling American-made glass dating from 1800 - 1970. Enter for a raffle, door prizes, and visit the booth where Michael D. Barber will be selling signed copies of his Pyrex Passion book. Get there early for the first 200 guests will get a special Pyrex-inspired button. Fall Sunday Funday | Sunday, November 8
With Halloween behind us, the time to spend an afternoon at an apple orchard is rapidly disappearing. Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill is having their last Sunday Funday Fall Festival of the year, this weekend. For only $11.50 per person (ages 2 and under are free), bring the whole family to enjoy the last bit of warm weather, a tricycle track, animal petting farm, Scarecrow band, Le Roy’s apple picking truck, and more. Don’t forget to visit the giant straw maze and cornfield maze before you head home to eat your apples and donuts.
