Build Institute Announces First Annual Social Entrepreneurship Showcase, Ready Set Build

Build Institute has partnered Center for Financial Planning, the Social Enterprise Alliance, Clark Hill, Gingras Global, Our/Detroit, and more to create the first annual Ready Set Build, a gallery-style pitch competition for social entrepreneurs.

From 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30 at Build Institute, each entrepreneur will have an opportunity to pitch an idea to an audience and investors, with a chance to win a cash prize and a suite of professional services valued at over $5,000. Audience members will vote for the social entrepreneur they think is best. Tickets for Ready Set Build are available for purchase at $50, and include appetizers, drinks and one vote.
